Returns & Exchanges

You have a legal right of return of 14 days after receipt of the package to return it to us, in its original condition, and obtain a refund or exchange. Returned products must be in their original condition.
For any returned item that you have paid for, the following terms apply:

• You wish to make an exchange: free return, we will send you an exchange label by email.
• The product is returned simply because you are not satisfied or have changed your mind: refund of the product, return costs at your expense.
• The product is returned for a reason that is the responsibility of Telmo & Jayden: reimbursement of the product and coverage of possible return costs. In the event of a defect, it must be reported upon receipt of the package so that an exchange or refund can be made.
